Welcome to RDVIP Transfer. By using our website and booking our transportation services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservation.
RDVIP Transfer provides private and group transportation services in Punta Cana and surrounding areas.
By booking a service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and authorized to enter into a binding agreement.
All bookings must be made through our official website, by phone, or authorized partners.
Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.
Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
No-shows or failure to be present at the pickup location will result in a full charge.
Changes to your booking (pickup time, location, etc.) must be requested at least 12 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
RDVIP Transfer reserves the right to modify or cancel services due to weather, road conditions, or unforeseen events. In such cases, full refunds will be issued.
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip. RDVIP Transfer is not liable for lost or stolen items.
Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times and follow the driver’s instructions.
We strive for punctual service but are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure.
If your flight is delayed, please notify us as soon as possible. We monitor flight status but cannot guarantee unlimited wait time without prior notice.
RDVIP Transfer will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service delays or cancellations.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the reserved service.
Any personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for the purpose of service delivery and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic.
