At RDVIP Transfer, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be as flexible and fair as possible for all of our customers.
Free Cancellation
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.
No-Shows
If the passenger is not present at the designated pickup location and no prior notice is given, it will be treated as a no-show, and the full amount will be charged.
Changes to the pickup time, date, or location must be requested at least 12 hours in advance.
All modifications are subject to availability and must be confirmed by RDVIP Transfer.
We do not charge a fee for approved changes made on time.
We monitor flight arrivals and make reasonable accommodations for delays.
If your flight is delayed, please contact us immediately. Extended delays may result in rescheduling, subject to vehicle availability.
If no communication is made within 90 minutes of the scheduled arrival time, the booking may be considered a no-show.
Approved cancellations (24+ hours notice) will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or provider.
No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
In the rare event that RDVIP Transfer must cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, road closures, vehicle breakdown, etc.), a full refund will be issued, or a rescheduling option will be provided.
